  • Your HIM 2O24 In Person Ticket gives you a seat at all regular HIM 2O24 sessions at Ko‘olau Ballrooms.

    Your HIM 2O24 Livestream Ticket allows you to participate in HIM 2O24 via our exclusive livestream from anywhere in the world.

    Both tickets give you access to HIM 2O24 conference video for a limited time after the conference.

    HIM 2O24 conference tickets do not include Deeper sessions (Thursday, Mar 14, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM) or “Finishing the Task with Rick Warren” (Friday, Mar 15, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). You can register for these sessions any time on the HIM 2O24 registration page here.

  • There is no deadline. You may register any time before or during HIM 2024.

  • No. Instead, we encourage everyone to take advantage of the early rate available until February 28, 2024. After 2/28, Rates will increase.

REGISTRATION

 

  • You will need your ticket attached to your confirmation email.

    Present your tickets (attached to your confirmation email) at check-in. Printing tickets is the fastest way to check-in. You may also present your tickets from your mobile phone.)

    Important: Be sure to save your HIM 2024 confirmation email with your attached tickets.

  • Bentos for Saturday lunch are available for pre-order through Feb 28 on our registration site. Food will not be available for purchase onsite.

  • In-person registrations are good for in-person only. Video replay will be available after the conference if any of the in-person sessions are missed.

ATTENDING IN PERSON

  • A livestream link will be emailed to those who registered to livestream HIM 2024. Expect an email from SimpleTix a few days before the start of the conference.

  • Any computer, tablet, smartphone or video display with a working internet connection will work.

    We strongly suggest you check your internet connection and speed before HIM 2024 to ensure everything works. A bad connection or slow speeds may result in a degraded conference experience. Check your connection speed at fast.com.

  • Do 4 simple things ahead of time to test your connectivity:

    1. Make sure your wifi/internet connection is working.

    2. Make sure your internet connection works on the device you plan to use.

    3. We recommend a minimum connection speed of 10 Mbps. Check your connection speed at fast.com.

    4. Limit other devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc.) from using the network you are using for the web stream. Do not start large downloads or uploads while streaming, and only have one internet tab open on the web browser you are using for the web stream.

  • Hawai‘i is UTC -10

    Hawai‘i does not have daylight savings. This is important to know if you live outside Hawai‘i. If you live outside of Hawai‘i, the time difference will change when daylight savings goes into effect. In 2024 in the U.S., DST starts Sunday, March 10, 2024.

    You can use websites like these to convert to HST: timeanddate.com or worldtimebuddy.com.

  • Due to limited seats in-person, livestream registrants may attend online only.

Watch past sessions

  • Video replay allows you to watch/rewatch sessions after the conference— those you attended and those you didn’t. This is only available to conference registrants and for a limited time only. A video replay link will be emailed to both in-person and livestream registrants following the conference.

  • Yes and no. All General Sessions can be watched later but not Youth and Deeper Sessions.

  • Unfortunately, there are not a lot of accommodations close to the conference center. Paradise Bay Resort is closest. Next closest hotel/resort would probably be in the Honolulu area - around 10-13 miles away. A few non-waikiki hotels/resorts are:

    Aston at the Executive Centre
    AC Hotel by Marriott
    Ala Moana Hotel

    Otherwise, we suggest doing a search on AirBnB or Vrbo.

  • Any youth in middle or high school. Come with your friends, your youth group, your neighbors. Everyone is welcome.

    1. Register. Get in for only $49 pp if you register by Feb 28. After that, it’s $79 pp.

    2. ❗️Fill out our online medical liability waiver. Must be completed by a parent/guardian.

  • While you don’t have to bring anything, we recommend you pack a bible, pen and paper, and a hoodie for when it gets cold. Pack some snacks for free time.

  • Yes. Youth groups should have at least one male and one female adult youth leader.

  • Yes. Program scholarships are available for all youth in financial need. Scholarships cannot be applied to meals. Deadline to apply is March 1, 2024. Apply online right now here.

  • All HIM 2024 Youth sessions and Friday Game Day.

  • You can order a meal plan for $50 when you register. It includes all meals from dinner Thur, Mar 21, - thru lunch, Sat, Mar 23.

  • HIM 2024 YOUTH PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:

    If you are registered only for the conference, no refunds. You, may, however, pass your ticket onto a friend.

    If you are registered for the youth camp, there is a $50 pp cancellation fee to cover expenses.

YOUTH PROGRAM

  • Youth groups attending HIM 2024 with at least one chaperone. Space is limited.

  • Cost for this 3 day, 2 night camp is $129 pp for both youth and adult chaperones. Camp fees comes bundled with HIM 2024 Youth conference registration, all meals, camping equipment, and all camp activities.

  • The flat fee of $129 covers:

    • Registration fees

    • Six meals: Thu Dinner, Fri Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Sat Breakfast/Lunch

    • Accommodations: Tents separated between guys and girls, shower and bathroom facilities.

  • Yes. Every youth group needs their own youth leaders/adult chaperones to camp with them - guy chaperones for guys, and gal chaperones for girls.

    Youth wilI be separated in tents by gender and age. We ask that you have a male and female chaperones for your youth’s tents.

    For the conference in general, it is good practice for youth to be accompanied by adults of each gender. Youth often want to open up to an adult about personal issues; they may feel more comfortable talking to one gender over the other.

  • Bible ,notebook, pencil, flashlight, sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, warm and cool clothes, jacket, slippers, athletic shoes.

  • Arrive at camp on Thur, Mar 21, anytime between 1pm and 4pm. Camp ends after lunch on Sat, Mar 23. Be ready to depart after the final session.

  • We will have gluten-free and vegetarian options at every meal. If you have severe restrictions due to allergies or other health conditions, it’s best you bring your own food that can be stored in your own cooler.

  • HIM 2024 YOUTH PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:

    If you are registered only for the conference, no refunds. You, may, however, pass your ticket onto a friend.
